Sunday Service

Please join for our Sunday service at 11:00 am. Everyone is welcome. If you are unable to attend, there is a written service posted each week in the Written and Video Services tab.

Our services are quiet and contemplative. Folks participate with sincerity and reserve. Our organist Helen Parsons leads us in well picked hymns, played at a good pace. Services follow a traditional Anglican liturgy from the Book of Alternative Services. Sermons are ten minutes long and engaging, followed by Communion every Sunday.

Newcomers to Christian faith, those returning, and those exploring are most welcome, and will find themselves in good company.

Our minister carefully teaches from the scripture readings of the day, always speaking of Jesus as a living source of new life amid the trials of our lives and world. He strives to facilitate a worship experience that opens us to God’s real presence in every moment of life.

When you come to a service there are clear instructions on a slideshow for when to sit or stand or join in saying prayers. All lyrics and prayers are printed on the slide show.

Believers in Jesus of any church background are welcome to receive communion. Those wishing for a blessing are encouraged to join the congregation at the altar rail with their hands crossed over their chest.

Holy Trinity is a parish of the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa, and the Anglican Church of Canada.

We stand on the traditional and unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabe people.
